CARRIAGE CHARGES Because of the varied and complex structure of carriage charges, our online shopping system is unable to calculate delivery costs automaically. This page gives an explanation of how carriage charges are calculated.
Orders are normally despatched the same or the following working day for goods that are in stock.
UK Orders will be charged a contribution towards Carriage based on weight. Small orders will be despatched by Royal Mail at £2.95 plus VAT where applicable. Most orders will be despatched by Courier. Orders up to 20kg in weight will be charged between £5 and £6 plus VAT where applicable. Should any item in a multiple order be out of stock and delivered at a later date, no charge will be made for carriage on that item. Deliveries made outside mainland Britain and to the Highlands and Islands will be charged at cost. Orders weighing above 20kg will be subject to special carriage charges. EUROPE Parcels are sent to Europe by courier.
France, Germany, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Belgium, Spain, Hungary, Czech Republic, Austria, Poland, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, Croatia, Portugal REST OF THE WORLD Carriage charged at cost, dependant on weight and value.
